Services
VarVik provides brand identity, web design, mobile application design and development, design systems, workflow automation, operational platforms and reliability-focused engineering services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed in a separate project agreement or statement of work. These terms apply to use of this website and general engagement with our services.
Intellectual property
All work product created for a client becomes the client’s property upon receipt of full payment. VarVik retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement has been signed prior to the engagement.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from this site without prior written consent from VarVik.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VarVik’s liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. VarVik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
